in the camera and gimbal  menus I can change the C1 and C2 keys to change the gimbal function from tilt to pan... It doesnt work anymore  whats the deal?

Hello,could you please clarify what mobile device you are using? And did you get any error message when you customize the C1 and C2 buttons?

Make sure that you are "scrolling down" to set those options, with the new update, it may have erased your settings.

go to Remote control settings on go app  and set from there, make sure system is on .

Along with Mindy's inquiries, what version of the DJI Go app do you have? Is the unit up to date with the latest firmware?
