My video is fine when I view it on the go app,but when I use sd  card on my MacBook Pro or Windows lap. It's all glitching the video skips around and jumps....help pleas!

Sounds like you recorded your video to high.. meaning in 4K or something and your computers cant handle it.. I found this out and I can only record for now in 2K because mine does the same thing on 4K

seems to be ok on my macbook pro ...i used a diff sd card also

copy file to mac or pc
don't play from sd---usb slow

video in app is only 720 low res

if copied to pc hard drive and still stutters --the pc is not up to the job..
reduce resolution or new pc is solution

4K needs a powerful computer /video card, especially if you want to edit it.

I had the same issue.. I went out tonight and got the Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 and installed it (Graphics Card) at bestbuy and everything is great now and can watch 4K and record and playback and it is good.. I also have 8 gig of ram already but it is all good now.. might look at updating your video card..

I can playback 4k @ 30 fps smoothly (scaled to screen or 4k monitor) using an Intel i5-4300U, 4GB RAM with an on-board graphics chip (Intel HD4400) through displayport to HDMI (1.4 at 30fps (would need to be HDMI 2.0 for 60 fps format)).

Although I edit on a desktop with a bit more power (i7, 6 core @4GHz, GTX480 (no 4k support) and GTX650 (for 4k out @ up to 60 fps), and 24 GB RAM (overkill)).
