hi, i have an issue about gimbal movement and i think something happened to the gimbal cable due to an accident.
i have ticket number 288126 i need help from dji rep to monitor the ticket because i need immediate answer whether the issue cause by the pilot or the drone.
so i can make decision what to do next, i'm using my drone to earn money and i have to fix it asap or i lose more money..

please i need dji rep to escalate my case thank you
