Hi there.  Have a P4.  Love it, works great.  But the manual says this has like a 3+ mile range.  I live on a golf course and have beautiful scenery to fly over, but it seems I can't hardly go 1/4 of a mile before I get low transmission signal warnings and if I go much further, the screen cuts out and the drone starts to return home.  Is there some setting I don't have set right?  Do I need some kind of antenna booster?  I have upgraded to the most recent firmware the other day.

Hello Da28fan, may I know what mobile device you are using? Please turn off all background programs and cool it down before fly.
Environment is very important during flight, please fly it in an open place without interference around, such as buildings, metal, etc.
During flight, please adjust antennas to optimal range. hope following tutorial help:
