I have DJI Go (latest) on a Samsung tablet and noticed that it auto-loads itself in the background even if I do not start it or launch it.

I use "Zapper" to kill residual apps running because a lot self-load and slow the Android (Marshmallow) resources down, and DJI Go is also one that auto-starts even if killed or force stopped in the Android.  Wait a few minutes and it is back up and running once killed.

If DJI Go self-starts, would it conflict with some piloting program like Litichi, or Autopilot that uses its own flight computer?

Yes, DJI-GO will indeed interfere. There are tricks to prevent your problem though but I am on IOS and can't help you with that.
To be honest , when reading here and elsewhere about all the nitty-bitty little problems Android gives you guys, I'm happy I stayed with Apple. Not meant to start a fight, just a well-meaning remark.
