Please help me get correct information about the ship date of my order 001191907261I ordered 8/26 when the dji site said 10-15 days after payment.  After 15 days, I was told by sales support my unit would ship in 3 days.  Then on 9/16 I got an email from sales support saying that due to unexpected demand, the orders have been delayed, but no further info was given.  I need to know when my Osmo + will ship.  Please confirm.

Good luck. I've got nothing but a run around. My payment was received on 28 August and they are telling me it would be the 19th at the earliest. That's not even close to 10-15 business days.  I bet money they don't have them to ship. I've not read one single person that has received theirs yet.
