Tab E wont connect

Have been using my Galaxy Tab E solely for Phantom 3 pro since January.  All of a sudden it wont connect.    Any idea's ?

Same problem here. I've been using a Tab-A for months now it not only won't connect when I plug in the USB cable to the tablet it SHUTS down the controller, literally turns it of. This problem came out of nowhere.

Perhaps deleting the go app and erasing the files then a fresh install might help.
I deleted Go once and discovered files were left behind.

Did you notice this after an app or software update? Does your tablet register that something is connected via USB?

Yes, this seems to have started when the tablet was updated to Android 6.1 ?

Does your tablet recognize that a device was plugged in? Have you checked your USB settings to ensure that USB Debugging and MTP mode are enabled? What version of the DJI Go app do you have?

I haven't seen the RC shut down due to a mobile device connection. Did you notice this after a firmware or software update? Please try the following button combination to reset the RC:

* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.

I don't have a problem with the RC shutting down when using my Tab E.  Just stopped recognizing USB connection.  Checked all setting several times.  Deleted and reloaded app but did not delete files.  Will try this tomorrow.

Have the same problem...except with an iPad Air 2. It seems like this was caused by the latest DJI Go app update on 9/18/16. I contacted DJI and they're not taking responsibility, making me send drone in for repairs instead. Will keep you updated.

Just to make sure I'm visuallyon the same page, you're not getting any indication from the iPad that something is connected to it? What OS version are you running and have you tried different lightning cables?

hi

I am using the latest 2.9.2 DJI go app with ios 10.01 on my ipad mini 2 wifi/cellular and no issues with my p3 pro.
Have you tried re-installing the app ? shutdown any other apps apart from DJI go, restart your ipad air 2 also-this clears any cache etc.
