Currently finishing a video edit and am experiencing some rolling banding artifacts in my video. It's only noticeble in a handful of shots, (and in the case of the image below, only at the end of this forward moving shot) but when it's there it's really noticeable.I have attached two images, one of the actual screenshot and the other with some crudely added annotations highlighting the problem.
Wondering if anyone else has experience this and might have any insight as to how it is occuring? (Because it looks hella ugly and it needs to be gone)
This is my first test edit working with the Phantom 4 4k video files so any input welcome.

Cheers,

Notes:
*Source video is 4k25p from a Phantom 4
*Transcoded to 4k Apple ProRes422
*Edited in Premiere Pro CC on a 1080p sequence (4k footage down-scaled, along with other tweaks in edit eg. Colour Grade, Lens Correction, Sharpening, etc.)
*Exported in 1080p H.264 @ CBR 20Mbit/s

Images below showing the artifacts on the lower part of the frame.

Ok, so solved my own problem. But for anyone else experiencing this banding, turning off your sharpening (Unsharp Mask) will stop it from occurring.
