The ginbal on my Phantom 3 stopped working, I cannot control the camera through the controler.P1: when we tried to take video when the Phantom took off the ground and it failed, the picture is like this.
p2: there is a red light on the gimgal keep blinking.
Can anyone help us, to tell what's wrong with it? Thank you.

Check the cables. Unplug and replug.

try what wntmldrs said and make sure your firmware is all up to date. Maybe try a gimbal recal?

Did you have a crash or hard landing?
For the Red LED, is there an SD card installed? If so, then it's a gimbal error.
Have you tried a gimbal calibration?
