Hello please help!

I have an Osmo raw that was working perfectly until this morning.

Today it just wouldn't connect to wifi so I hit forget network on phone and tried to reconnect Osmo. When I entered the default 12341234 it said incorrect password.

I then went through the wifi reset procedure on the Osmo got the green flashing light indicating it had worked. I tried entering 12341234 as password again it said incorrect. I tried wifi reset again making sure I held all buttons for at least 10 seconds until status flashed green. Again coming up incorrect password.

I should also mention we never changed wifi password in first place.

I have also used the procedure to turn wifi on and off (trigger + on/off) to no avail

I have tried on multiple iOS devices also

Firmware and DJI go are currently up to date.

Any ideas???

Hi Mindy, yes I did multiple times... it has got more interesting. I put the x5r back on my inspire 1 then back on Osmo handle. It connected to wifi once briefly now it won't connect again. Instead of saying incorrect password it just keeps asking for password after I enter it or it says unable to join wifi.

Could you please try to update the OSMO raw firmware to 1.3.0.40 again?
If the issue still persists,I'd suggest you to send it in for evaluation.
