I bought the phantom 3 advance before 2 days and have 2 issues:

I did the following things:

1.update the phantom to 1.8 and after that to 1.9
2. Try toupdate the rc and a res light happend.
-i try change usb, sd card, deleting everythig from it and didnt work.
-i try to connect the usb from the rc to phatom gimble to make the update, and still red light.

So now my phantom is 1.9 version and the rc is 1.6 but i can fly it. - worried that something will happend.

The second problem is:

- battery of phantom is drain very fast - like 10-12 min and get to 20%.
- i charge the battery to full every time before, i make everything i need to do before flight.
I try to change in the app some things that may take the battery life when fly but didn't help too much.
And dosnt fly at high wind or something like that.

I search every forum, every youtube help, read a lot and did not find how to repier this 2 problems..

Please someone help me.. this is just a new drone and dont know what to do..

Hello sir, you already have the latest firmware for both aircraft and remote which is 1.6. You could fly properly even through the LED on remote is red? any tips pop out on the APP? Would you please try to link your remote and aircraft again to check whether it turns to solid green?
For the second one, please fully-charge it and check the battery info, test it under a situation of hovering aircraft at a low-altitude.

Yes i could fly it normaly. - i have green light on rc when fly.
The red light is only when i try to update the controller to 1.9 like tha phantom firmware. - if it's okay that the rc is 1.6 and phantom is 1.9 so i will not worry

Can you please explain me how to check the situation battery when in low attitude?

To clarify, the time it lasts is related to the way you use it and the environment.
You could fully-charge it and then discharge it firstly.
Then please check battery info on dji go app as screen shot when it's fully charged.
Please check how long it will keep when hovering at low altitude.

No problem~ the firmware for RC and aircraft is independent of each other, both are latest already, please do not worry about it, and solid green led on RC means it connects to aircraft properly.

One more thing that i would like to know before:

I heard that for the 10 first flight not to get over 40-50% of the battery life... if i did get low then 40% the battery going to lose some life or something?
