I am new to fly the drone ( never played RC model, too) but i love to take photo.  Drone is my new photography tool.

The controller of my new P3A ,only 2 weeks, completely died after upgrade FW.   
I googled and found same problem from the others.   It is very good if DJI fix bug of FW upgrading process to ensure clients not to risk of waste their money for high cost drone?.

Do you guys experience or bad experienced of flying drone ?. How durable & reliable of the aircraft, battery &  RC ?.

Since DJI Natalia have already guided you to do the basic troubleshooting.
You have sent it to your retailer, right?

Hi mindy, Yes i got good instruction from Natalia and justin and would send to dealer soon.

Hope other guys to tell their story about P3 . It would help me to fly with confident, may be.
