Seems there is a lot of interest in the new Mavic but does no one realise there is no HDMI on the RC unit for FPV flying. So all those who have fat shark, Headplay, Avegant Glyph & others cannot use them with the Mavic. I really thing DJI missed the beat with this ommision.
With my P4 I already have the Headplays {bulky & not easy to use} and was thinking of getting the Avegard Glyph {excellent pic quality & still able to look up to drone & down to Ipad}.
I Would have considered the Mavic to complement or maybe take over the P4 but with NO HDMI on RC that is a serious limitation not only for me but very many others.
Its great I use my fatsharks with P3 with the HDMI module installed.
I would like to know if its possible too.
I have read a few topics regarding this. I wonder if using the a lightning cable with HDMI splitter would work? Then plug in your Goggles into the HDMI end??

I too am not sure if the splitter would work. I do think the Nvidia Shield k1 with HDMI output may also be a possibility but in both cases it will only give you the go app picture.
Hopefully someone will report about this very soon.
