Ordered mid-September, nothing yet. I got onto the chat line yesterday ranting a bit - to my surprise I was told that my order was shipping that day (yesterday). Indeed, later yesterday i got an email that was titled Order Shipment Notice. OK! Except when I read the small print, it was the standard '...due to the large demand, shipment will be delayed...' No idea of a ship date, though the credit card was charged. With the posts regarding focus problems, I'm wondering if shipments are on hold until that bug is fixed. Any ideas? Anyone receive a delivery in the last week or so? DJI, what the hell are you DOING?

Bartone, We are sorry for the confusion caused.  Yes. The store agent did tell you that. But it is the estimated shipping date. That means the order will be shipped out by that day if everything goes smoothly. But we are experiencing unprecedented demand, thus the shipment was delayed.We are pushing related departments, factory, warehouse, logistics colleagues to arrange shipment as soon as possible. Haha - yeah I guess it is better to accidentally mention it here since DJI won't reply in the Focus threads.  Another email to DJI and I get:

Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support.

DJI is continuously working on the improvement of the firmware to fix issue of the unit.

If you encountered any issue with regard to autofocus and image quality.
Please send us a sample photo or video that shows this issue.

My question was are they aware of it and working on a fix.  I guess I will send even more samples.  I don't know what to say anymore HellFire 77 :-)

There will be one firmware update in a few days that can fix part of the focus issue.

No, it will improve focus and other things

Then are you making false statement and false advertising? Or its just a bug?
