Could someone confirm to me, if NO gimbal is connected if in the DJI go app it shows NO SIGNAL and if 3rd party apps (litchi etc) cannot connect?

Since this thread is a tad old, I just want to see if you have done any of the following thus far. Have you tried updating to the latest firmware on both the AC and RC, then relinked the two? Did you happen to notice this after a firmware update or a hard landing? If you're not getting FPV and receiving that message, then there may be a disconnect between the camera and the aircraft, but any additional information would be appreciated.

I get the above problem, when the gimbal in NOT connected to the aircraft!

When you get that message, are you still able to receive telemetry etc.?
