brand new dji osmo can't activated. how i do it??

Just received a osmo and the first gimbal lock, the tilt shaft does not lock. Is this normal?

Additionally, the registration process failed. I can not get the osmo to work. What do I do?

I have problem in osmo. When i connect to mobile.... Osmo connect to phantom 3. And i cannot operate it. No vision.. And shows weak signal... What should i do...

Could you please clarify what mobile device you are using?
Please try to reinstall the DJI GO app and try again.
