I need to tell me which is the better and faster procedure to cancel an order direct from DJI. Telephone number, email, which that data must contain, etc?

I thought if you purchased direct from DJI, you could cancel through the website?

Are they blocking cancellations and funneling you through a more cumbersome cancellation process?

on the web there is no button "cancel order"

All you have to do is email them at onlinesales@dji.com; they responded to me asking if I was sure, I confirmed and they cancelled my order. The entire process took about 16 hours and I only had to reply once, pretty quick considering all the traffic they are getting right now.

I was told 5-7 days. If after the 7th business day I do not have my funds I'll contact my card holder; it's basic business.

Hmm, so there used to be a 'cancel order' button or similar function but it has been removed? Or you could never cancel an order online?

I thought Ken used to tell customers to cancel online at the order page early in this fiasco when people were wanting to cancel.

Just checked my account, money was returned; from cancel request to money return was about 48 hours.

did you cancel through the email or chat?
im seriously considering the p4p...

by chat pretty quick but not the refund
