Unfortunately it is difficult to see what the issue is. Could you please provide a list of your set up and explain the issue you're experiencing?

When I move the elevator on the remote(in full travel), it shows that it only goes one direction, I updated it and also calibrated it but it just doesn't work

From what I can see, you're using the A3 correct? What firmware are you currently running?

yes, i am using the latest firearm and i have calibrate the remote

Have you tried relinking the RC to the LB2 component? Unfortunately I cannot see your settings in the video very well, could you happen to provide a screenshot of your Basic > Remote Controller settings page on the A3 and the Firmware pages for both the LB2 and the A3? Do you use this set up as a single operator or a dual operator? If it's the latter, have you tried switching the RCs to see if the issue persists?
