I ordered on September 28 at 1pm, payed with PayPal with order number #001198603830. Got an email that said this:

DJI order number 001198603830 is currently being processed
Dear ________,
We are currently processing your refund for order number 001198603830 and will inform you by email when processing is complete.
If you have any questions, please contact an online pre-sales representatives at the DJI Online Store or email onlinesales@dji.com
Thank you for your interest in DJI. We hope to see you again soon.

And the next day my money was refunded. I have attempted to contact DJI by phone, email and live chat and I have no answers! WTF!?

You didn't by chance call them bad words did you? I order the osmo awhile ago and they canceled my order for Calling them bad words.

I did not bad mouth them in any manner. In fact, just two days prior to this happening I sent them a very friendly email asking them if they knew when my Mavic would be shipped. I received this as a reply

Sorry to hear about your issue.  I might suggest ordering from Amazon, NewEgg, Apple or B&H Photo.  They will not charge you anything until they actually have the item ready for shipment.

My guess someone who didn't speak English picked that mail and processed it as usual. Very unlikely their system supports recover, but with the money you are free to place another order. Don't worry, there will no big difference in delivery time. Meanwhile I don't envy their QA, they are playing with Mavics day and night literally.
