Repair progress stuck at 'to be received'

Could a DJI admin please look into whats happening with my repair. its CAS-298152-H3L4Y8. The UPS tracking says: Delivered On: Friday,  28/10/2016 at 10:10 Left At Dock Received  By: MARLON
The progress for 'to be received' says to wait for 3 days for unpacking which are now up but things havnt moved on to 'damage assessment'.

Does the UPS status of "Left At: Dock
Received By: MARLON" mean its been delivered to DJI or is stuck at a depot somewhere?
