So I just got a Mavic Pro.  Super excited.  I cannot get the remote to connect to the drone.  So I watch the Youtube tutorial and it says download DJI assistant and plug the remote in to the my Mac.  Done.  However I cannot get past the startup screen.  This is all I see.  So I tried Windows.  Same thing.  Can anyone advise me here?

I had the hardest time doing it with my mac, had to switch to windows computer... worked just fine.

Same problem, I can get the log-in window to pop up, but it won't let me type my user and password. Useless.

Same problem, When i open dji assistant 2 i can log in, but the only thing i see is how to connect to inspire 2, I uninstall assistant 2 and re-install, but nothing works.

Plug the Drone in to the computer using the USB cable
