I am trying to get my osmo moblie set up and it was working fine. Then when I shut it off and came back to it I was using the joy stich and in one direction I get a message on the camera screen that says "Unable to rotate. Adjust gimbal attitude". I can't figure what I have done wrong or how to fix it. Any help would be great.

Hi, calibrate your gimbal and try again, see if this repeats.

Yes I did try that. I went thru the calibration procedure fine bt it still has the same issue. It is only when I try and move the gimbal to point up. Pointing down and side to side is fine.

Is there a way to to do factory reset? I have tried everything and I don't know what else to do? Could it be defective?

Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm sorry to say that you need to return this unit.  Contact the seller to see if you can get a direct exchange, if not contact DJI via www.dji.com/support and follow instructions to send it in. Thank you.
