I've just installed this software on my PC and when I connect it keeps telling me 1) there is an upgrade to the software, and 2) there is new firmware for the P4.  No matter how many times I go ahead and install both, after reboot of the P4 I'm constantly getting told there is new availiable, and if I go ahead and install it does, and I keep going round in circles.  I've rebooted PC & P4 but every time I connect there's a new version of both, yet I *think* i'm running the latest, for P4 it's V01.02.0503

Is this normal, is there a fix, or do I just ignore?

Yes ignore it, (this is a small bug in the software) you should be on the latest FW, otherwise it would have updated to the latest FW without any trouble.

Could you happen to verify what version the Assistant 2 Software you have?

Which ISN'T the latest and greatest!

Updated and all good, but still can't get that 'camera calibration' to work.  I see the blue circle on my monitor but no red lines or square ?!

Do you mean the calibration process for the VPS? Have you tried adjusting your screen resolution or using a different monitor?
