can you please tell me where i can send my drone in for some issues cant update it via app and via sd card i have a standard??

You could find the update log file by following these steps:
1. Enable Viewing hidden files in your OS. Below are the websites where you can check how to show the hidden files in your PC.
For The Windows System:

2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

i have sent the drone in to where i bought it and they send it to dji.i couldent install firmware from sd card and there was no update banner in the dji go app who was the newest.i notiched that the wifi came in 10 sec and then gone in 10 sec end so on
