About a month ago I had a p3 fly away. I opened a ticket and sent all my flight data in to DJI.. then I waited for awhile to hear back from them. As it turns out the fly away was deemed a warranty case and DJI sent me an email asking me to accept a 100% off coupon for a p3 by simply replying to the email with a breif statement saying I accept the offer. The email also stated that I should wait 3 business days for the coupon. Well 3 days came and went, and as of today it has been over a week. I have sent several emails to DJI support with no conclusive answer as to why my coupon has not arrived. I also called DJI support again a few days ago and was only told it will be looked into but I am still waiting to hear back again.
Is there any chance I could get some answers or clarification here?
