Hi!I can not do the update of the firmware of the aircraft. I download the software but does not work uploading. the back of the Mavic Shines ... I'm doing the update with mac and Assistant and USB cable. I'm installing the firmware released on 9/11.

Hi morenopirovano, have you tried to reinstall the DJI Assistant and do the update again?
Also you could try to do the update by using DJI GO app.

I just uploaded on my iPhone and had no trouble very simple to do.
