I have been trying for a week to contact DJI through chat, emails and phone to cancel my order and have not received confirmation of any sort that they acknowledge my request.  Absolutely the worse customer service ever.

Actually I would also like to cancel my order, I ordered the P4 Pro.  Can you assist?  The chat option is gone on the home page.  My order # is 001200554606.  I previously sent an email to OnlineSales@DJI.com as well.
