Can the camera on the phantom 4 pro be swapped out for a FLIR?  If not, what DJI products can or are available with FLIR?

NO. Inspire and P3. I tried to find some one who would put one of my P4. Couldn't find any one. I did see one place that sold a P3 with the camera. More than one place actually. The Inspire is made for that. Do a search for a Phantom 3 with thermal camera. I have a hand held thermal. I couldn't bear the thought of losing a drone with one of those cameras on it. Read up of the camera and make sure it has a high enough refresh rate.
