As mentioned above, the batteries are compatible with each other, but filters are not.

They are shipping with the new high capacity batteries, hence the longer flight time, but the orignals will still work. Polar Pro said they'll have filters in mid December.

About the batteries, are the P4 Pro batteries more robust that the P4 batteries or are they exactly identical? I can understand that a weaker P4 battery could work in a P4 Pro but I am curious whether the P4 Pro battery is constructed slightly more robust to get that slightly extra time.

BTW, flying my P4 with a friend who has a P3A was interesting. We took off at the same time and forgot that the P4 has a longer duration battery. When he had to land, I had forgotten about the difference and was surprised for a moment. I had 15 % more battery to go! Mahalo in advance for any information you can provide on the subject.

Hey Cetacean, as you probably may already know, the batteries are pretty much identical, the only difference is the mAh, the p4p high capacity battery is 5870mAh and the standard p4 is 5350mAh both @ 15.2 volts.
Once again correct me if I'm wrong but I think that is all there is to it.
