So its almost impossible to cancel an order ? I followed the instructions laid out in the FAQ's to send an email do onlinesales@dji.com and NOTHING

If a moderator sees this thread can someone get someone to respond to my order #

Oh... I see the problem -- you expected an instantaneous cancellation, huh?  

You might want to check your SPAM folder.  Usually you will get an automated response to your email within a couple of minutes.  It may take a day until the order is actually cancelled.

Probably so some random person cannot cancel some else's order. The email addresses need to match. Pretty standard.

*Everything* is difficult when it comes to DJI. I ordered a P4P on release day and now chat says its the authorization has timed out from paypal and now im back to the end of the line and have to place another order. So sick and tired of this company. I'm about done and ready to give up on DJI for good.

What did the order say when you went to the page? was it still in the payment confirmed tab? and is this only a PayPal issue?

Still shows status of payment success. Same as mavic order from months ago and new order I just placed at the end of the line.
