I can't get the latest firmware to update.  I tried with my iPad a few times and then with my Mac Pro and the Assistant software.  Battery is fully charged.  I keep getting "Update Failed."  I've never had trouble updating the firmware.  Anyone have any suggestions?  

Is this a P4 and are you removing the SD card in it?  I took mine out and it worked fine. Then I restarted the P4 and RC both and put the SD card back in afterwards and reformatted the card then.  I did it through the Assistant 2 v1.0.7 also.

Did you install the latest version of the DJI Assistant?
Could you please try with an windows PC or another mobile device if convenient?
We want to rule out if it's an issue with the mobile device or aircraft itself.

I have the same problem, on a Mac.  Tried 3 different Macs, tried from my brand new iPad.  Nothing works.  Does the "download" just fine, then goes to update an sticks on "0%" and never progresses.  I'm a retired IT engineer, I can assure you it isn't the computer or the tablet.  It's the software.  When can Mac owners expect and updated Assistant app that actually works?

Could you please clarify your Phantom model?
And did you install the latest version of the DJI Assistant?

I had no issues updating the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2

I'm having the same issue on a mac using the latest version of Assistant 2. No fixes for this?
