I have done a lot of reading about camera settings of the Phantom 4 and have set them accordingly. Unfortunately I find these strange running lines in my video, see youtube:

It looks like Electric Avenue.  I have Never seen that strange effect before...

Has the video been rendered? or is this footage straight out of the camera?  
Have you tried different camera settings and iso and shutter settings?

Try backing off the sharpness setting and you will find it disappears. The name for that effect is aliasing.

Please try Geebax's advice and let us know if it helps.

I checked my sharpness setting in Lichi and it was set to "Standard". I expect I should have set the sharpness in Lichi to "Soft". This brings me to the following question: When I start my mission by setting all the relevant camera parameters in the DJI Go App and also use this application to check my initial Phantom 4 status like hovering a little bit followed by closing the DJI Go App and start using the Lichi App, will at this moment all the camera settings which were initially set by the DJI Go App overwritten by the existing camera settings in the Lichi App?
