I just check my P4 Pro+ order, and there's a "refund order" box now.
It wasn't there earlier.
Just wanted to let people know, alot of people been asking about cancelling, and refunds.

DJI is pulling the same crap with the P4 Pro as with the maverick.  They charged my card on the 22nd and said it was shipping.  They actually provided me with a bogus tracking number.  FedEx says it doesn't exist.  I have tried contacting their customer support with no luck. Done with DJI. Disputed with my credit card.  They lied about having the P4 Pro being ready for shipment.  I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't ship until next year sometime.

They didn't pull same crap with P4 pro 1/2 weeks shipping, two weeks is not up yet, and shipping has already begun, your information is misleading.

When I saw it I immediately perceived this button being put in there to reduce collateral damage.

Orders from September have not yet all been filled so this has gone from being a PR nightmare to a total joke.

I've been following the mavic shipping google doc and it seems like they are averaging 10 units shipped out per day. At that rate it will be over 2 more months for my order to ship. DJI customer service assured I would receive my order in November. This is my first time purchasing from DJI and possibly the last. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way

It pops up with a confirmation message asking if you're sure that you'd like to cancel the order.

I pressed the magic button yesterday. Then I confirmed that I wanted to cancel (and I really did). Today... In my email, I find a shipping notice and a tracking number.  Dji is all kinds of jacked up. All I can do is shake my head, laugh, have another beer, and never deal with dji again.

I used it to cancel a backpack I order at $199, which is now $139.  Currently it says "Your refund request has been submitted. We will process your request within two business days."

"Process" is the key word here. It could take them 2 weeks to "process" the refund if they que it. By then your order might be ready to ship. Slick I have to say. Hopefully they refund you $40 if they try a shenanigan like that.

This is exactly why I chose PP to resolve the refund rather than DJI.  Then they have the nerve to send me an email requesting I cancel the dispute.
