any way that you can over ride it and increase it?

I understand there is a altitude limit set by the software

I am in a place with little aircraft routes - north of Alaska/Canada/Siberia ...

and I want to go high on my DJI Phantom 3 Standard or Pro

how can we make it?

You could sky dive from a small plane and launch as you leap... Haha
Or climb to the mountain tops and take off from the peak, accessing much higher flight elevations.

There is no hack for it, you have to abide by the limitation.

Not sure where your getting this number from?? The software limit is 500m, and the FAA guideline is only 120M and you should not go above that in the states, anyway why would you need to.
