i saw that when i did a live feed video i had sound of the p4 coming through  so how do i turn it on for all the videos i do

There is no recording of sound on P4 , not to sure how you did that..

well when i did a live streaming video it had sound from my ipad mini 3 and from the drone  

The sound is coming from the mic of the tablet not the drone, and it records sound when doing a live record

it did come from the drone as well cause at 380 feet up and 200 feet away the sound was still loud sounded the same as if it was in front of me

That would probably be due to automatic gain control on your display device, it automatically amplifies quieter noises, giving the impression it was closer.
The P4 has no microphone.

As mentioned, there is no microphone, so it's impossible to record audio with the video coming from the craft.....

Just for fun last summer, I attached a microphone to my P4 and recorded the actual sounds of the P4 arming, taking off, and going into a steady cruise.  I later synced the audio with the video during post processing.

This is a 30 second video of what you'd hear if the P4 actually had a microphone.

The sound is coming from the mic on your phone/tablet, the aircraft does not have a mic.

Yup.. there is no microphone on the drone... done deal.  Nothing to debate.  No audio recording on the P4.
