Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys know what could be going on with my signal.

I was flying my DJI PHANTOM 3 ADV in Bell's Rapids, PERTH, WA and the signal was EXTREMELY WEAK. I did have the antennas positioned correctly on my controller so I don't know what could have caused this. Even when I was trying to connect it did not work very well and the signal kept on cutting out every 6 seconds and was very delayed. I was wondering is this because I was in a valley? Could this effect signal strength? Or is my remote broken? (this is the first time it happening). I am new when it comes to this type of stuff regarding signal strength as previously I owned a DJI Phantom one that could fly only as far as I could see.

Hi Foxegghead, please try to fly in a different area to see if it's the same or not.
Also you could enter the transmission settings and change the channel mode to custom. Then choose a stable channel.
If convenient, please post a screenshot of the error message here.
