So I recently did a Real Estate shoot for this realtor friend. He also wanted some drone footage of the property. At first he didn't want the interior of the house on video, but he changed his mind, so the interior video is off the Phantom 4..Handheld! Lol...hope you enjoy and your feedback is appreciated..and btw the house was sold to a foreign buyer who only looked at the video and made up his mind...

Hey,

I put in about 2 hours on site, maybe another hour editing.

I negotiated a percentage of the selling price with the realtor, and only get paid when house sells. Which in today's market is pretty quick.

More importantly is positioning yourself for future business and being reasonable from a costing perspective.

I edited this iMovie, but intend on upgrading to Final Cut Pro, many for plugins can be added to make the video stand out more
