My Mavic + Combo package held by DHL in the UK and marked as dangerous goods.
Please has anyone got the same problem?? DHL told me to contact the supplier, but what the hell can DJI do about this???

That's not good, i think it has to do with the lipo batteries maybe.
Call DHL and try to find out is what i would do.

It's DHL you need to contact by phone until they sort out the issue and continue on with the shipment delivery.

It's definitely the batteries.

That's really weird. Mine is still sitting at Gatwick so let's see if it'll ship (road transport to Berlin - so it'll take some time and is not as restricted as plane transport). One thing though - I was recently sending back a Jawbone bluetooth headset to Amazon (a really small thing) and I got as part of the return labels a warning label as "dangerous goods - batteries". In the writing it said that if I return the product in original packaging (which I did) I don't have to include the DG label. Maybe DJI did not label accordingly a/p EU regulations but only a/p Chinese regulations? That could be the problem there. Just food for your thought.

When they come through they have a battery report attached. It shows the tolerances and performance of the batteries so customs can see what the warning label is for etc  ... perhaps this battery report is missing from the package so they have just held the package as per regs ...

I had same problem yesterday at East Midlands they released yesterday evening,

I am guessing that as it started from London , this is not a DJI direct order ?
As Danny said, my combo came with 5 pages of battery test reports attached to the DHL docs.
No problem with customs.

Greatly appreciated, Thanks for your help,  although I am pretty convinced that DHL hate me, I never had a package that got delivered By them that came on time. Once I ordered something from Manchester it took less than 48 hours to come here (Malta) and an other 5 days to deliver to my door which is about 8km away from their Depot.

Received my Mavic  shipped by fedex,  in mid oct,  no warning label,  received a battery and props,  on nov 28th from Dhl with a warning label,   I think there was a new law that requires now different markings on shipping of batteries,  

Lithium ion batteries, my shipment had warning stickers all over it.

24 hours later and the Mavic still sitting there with AK47s pointed at it while all the DHL flights are leaving, next one out is in 40min after that I have to wait another 2-3 days.

I've had this happen with other shipments that contain lipo batteries.  All packages containing lipos over a set mah rating have a sticker that looks like the one below.  More than likely someone mashed the package during transport, so now they are holding it.

Yeah trust my luck anything that could have happened to the package happened. All I can do is wait and forget about getting it for my birthday.

To the DJI Guys, if DHL sends the Mavic back to you please send me the other one using FedeX... Please...

It's definitely the batteries they have to be completely discharged before shipping in United States or they can not be shipped and you must declare lipo batteries on customs forms unless they are completely discharged. You might call DHL and explain that these are intelligent batteries that completely discharge themselves when not used so they know that they are not charged.

My order had also been delayed in the UK for 5 days... just waiting there. Can someone from dji fix this please?  My order number is 3560608021329

My order has been waiting in the UK and Marked as dangerous goods. I have called, emailed and chatted with DJI. Now the Package has been sent back to the shipper!! This is all because DJI decided not to do anything about the shipment despite me calling, emailing and chatting with them. Not satisfied with DJI at all!!!!!
