Are the waypoints routes saved on the internal memory of the P3?
If so, can they be transfered from one P3 to another by saving a file to a computer, then transfering to another P3?
How about P3 to P4P ?

Hi, it's not available to transfer the waypoint routes to another aircraft.

If you want to do advanced waypoint stuff you hav to look beyond DJI Go.
Research Litchi to see what can be done.

Litchi at this stage is not fully supported with P4 Pro. It will launch and say it is ready to fly. But nobody is game to try any further.

Can I program a P4 waypoints flight using previously set GPS coordinates from some program such as Googlemaps or Garmin apps?

You could ask that question in the P4 forum as well.  Have you checked out the new DJI Ground Station Pro app?
