I ordered care when I got my Mavic directly from DJI. How do I go about activating it? Or is it already active because I got an email about it?

Following...had the same question.

I emailed DJI about the same question. I was told that once the product ships, it will be automatically enrolled in the DJI Care if purchased directly from DJI. This is a good thing because it means your 12mth window doesn't start until the Mavic actually ships.

If you look at the DJI Care page for the mavic under the details it says the following

"Please Note:
If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh for a previously purchased aircraft, your service agreement policy will be sent to you by email after you checkout.

If you purchase DJI Care Refresh with a brand-new aircraft, DJI Care Refresh will be valid automatically from two days after product shipment.
