Hey guys, I have not posted a video in a while so I thought I would show you one of my latest interests. I am not even close to happy with how this turned out, but it is a start into something new for me. Im working on day to night transition using waypoints, etc. It is hard to get the clips lined up perfectly, but I am working on improving my editing skills, etc. Anyway, take a look and I hope you enjoy our local Canopy of Lights at the downton courthouse.
I think the idea is awesome. Didn't like the flashing transition so much - I think just a quick blur-fade would look better. Experimentation... Anyway, did you use the Go saved waypoints or AutoPilot or other?

I appreciate your opinion, and thanks. I personally prefer the flash transition (only in this case) in conjunction with the music beat.
For this, I used Litchi. I ran the same mission 3 times, but all 3 were ever so slightly off. I tried zooming the image and aligning it that way, but I finally gave up and settled on this since it was just for fun and not a client project.
I like the flash transition, as it is very good at hiding the small positional differences. I kept looking to see if I could see the strings of lights in the daytime shots, but couldn't.

I agree, that is one of the reasons why I used it. Makes it harder to see those differences. Thanks for checking it out.
