I can charge my battery with my regular 100+ volt - 60 Mgh plugins in Canada or the USA. What if I'm in a country that uses 200 volt - 50 Mgh plugins, can the Mavic charger change over like my iPhone or LapTop does? When reading the manual they don't address this isue.

If it says "Input 100-240v" on the charger then yes.

It will be fine, almost all electrical stuff nowadays will automatically cope with both voltages.

DJI Chargers allow for an input range from 100-240V at 50-6Hz...

As mentioned above, please do not worry about it since the input is 100-240V.

But you need another country specific plug.
