I got the Phantom 4 pro+ with the integrated display. I was so excited about the new phantom 4 pro feature which is shooting slow motion video at 120fps, untill i found out that my aircraft doesnt have that feature...!!! the maximum i get in 1080p is 60fps. I tried switching between h264 and h265, nothing worked. others recieving the aircraft online and they getting all the features so why i got this DJI? How to fix this?

Would you please help check the firmware version for remote and aircraft, all are latest, right?

i have a pro i can see 120 fps in 1080p ..check your firmware mine is 01.01.0203.. i am using app for ios version 4.00

     Do you have an Android device at hand or for use with another Phantom?  There are a few ways to take screen shots with Android devices.  The Android OS is open source with a basic program that others can enhance for specific products.  But the basic OS is still there.  

     If this question is important for you, go to Google and Android to look at the basic instructions for Android on how to take a screen shot.  Then, when your amazing Phantom shows up, you can test out what you have learned and let us know how!  Please remember that this is all cutting edge technology and you will be a wetstone, sharpening the blade for us!

I know how to take screen shots with my phone. I was wondering if there is a way to take screen shots on the P4P with the built in screen since DJI-Natalia asked for the OP to do so. I will get mine on Thursday so I was just curious what capabilities the built in screen has other then just running th GO 4 app.
