Had a little accident today. Lost control, after contact into a building the drone fell from about 10 feet onto pavement. Gimbal initializes 100% range of motion, but in the app comes up with hardware malfunction - camera sensor error.

Easy fix?
Part available for fix on my own?

I have DJI Care so I'm sending it out Tuesday if I can't find anything online. I've never used the care and I can't find anything about cost of repair posted. Any help?

Sorry to hear about the issue, the firmware is up to date, right?
You have tried to restart aircraft many times, which makes no sense?
May I know have you already contacted our support to create a case to send it in or not?

Do you get an image?

Camera sensor error could relate to the forward vision sensors, they can be knocked off by an impact, as detailed in the manual, it can be reset using assistant 2.

I am in the process of downloading assistant 2 so we will see..

Just went through the visual sensor calibration all 4 get an image. tried restarting again and still no camera image.
