What do you think I need to configure for gains on a N3+LB2 mounted on a X4 (7KG - Tmotor U8 + 22" in 12s )?

Since it's a 3rd party frame, it would be hard to determine what the gains should be. Since it's a pretty heavy rig, the gains should be pretty high values. Have you already tried the basic gains and adjusted from there?

With the standard settings, the drone balances strongly, brake hard and the sticks are very sensible...

If it's too much, then you may want to reduce the gains some. It's recommended to make 10% adjustments at a time unit it flies the way you want it to.
