We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused and know how frustrated it must be.
But for the payment, we will charge you when we ship out your order or when your temporary authorization reaches day 28, whichever comes first.

Ok so if this is the case you yourself checked my order and told me this below and after which DJI took payment from my bank on the 5th Of Dec and after that I was told by Mindy that it wouldn't ship until the 23rd because of the extra batteries! Then online chat tells me it won't ship until the 22nd!!!I have emailed customer support a week ago and they said they would help me they have forwarded my emails to online sales and I have sent further emails even offering to pay extra shipping to get my order before I leave for vacation.....I now see others who have ordered the same time or before me with extra batteries have shipped and to really rub it in DJI are also now doing a Xmas promo offering the high capacity batteries and shipping within 1 to 2 weeks!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON?

0440983181902 is estimated to be shipped out next week if everything goes well, hope you could receive it soon.
