Has anybody benn able to record video caption file? My P4P hasn't saved any single srt file, even though the settings are set correctly...

Could you please try to format the SD card and record a video again?
Please make sure you have enable the video caption in camera settings.

Yeah, I have thre same Problem.

Sorry, send too early. We have 3 P4P and have formated the SD-Card- but if we set video.record the video caption gets gray and we get no SRT-File.

OK, I've to learn not to use ENTER... or Backspace...  We are running last P4P Update December 2016 with Android 6.0 at Samsung Tab S2.  And, YES we have enabled VideoCaption.

The Phantom 4 Pro and plus record video captions differently,you have to enable subtitles in your video playing software to see them but it doesnt work on Samsung 4K tv or many sofware players,DJI, please go back to SRT files

The Problem is not to visualize the SRT but it is not written. And the swicth "Video cation" is gray.

Same problem for me on my P4P. SD card formatted, Video Caption enabled in DJI GO 4, but no .srt files beside video files on the SD card.

no srt file, but the vlc player shows the subtitle on the lower section of the screen but it is too small to read. i tried to make the font large and larger but the subtitle stays the same size !

DJi Mindy, will this be fixed in the new firmware update ?  maybe make the .srt file available again for the P4 P
