Hello, just steped on my Mavic.Iwas placed down in order to have a flight.Broke front leg . Also I felt down and broke my right anterna of controller.I have care refresh but there is no cover on controller. What should I do? It is new . Only 5-6 flights

Put a plaster cast on it lol

Hi Tony, accidents happen, I would contact DJI and send it in for repair.
The antenna should be a cheap fix and DJI will give you a quote on the leg repair, if that is fairly cheap you can just pay the invoice and save your 3 refreshes for later.
As a DJI care member you should get a fast turnaround.

Perhaps you could (seriously) get an R/C from someone that had a flyaway Mavic or a catastrophic crash.  Make a post on "the other forum" for a WTB MAVIC R/C.

I don't know what is comprised of the antenna on the remote but if it isn't broken completely off and the antenna wiring inside is intact, I would guess you could use some strong duct tape to reinforce it and it should still work. I think the remotes will be around $250 once they are available. I would still contact DJI astray may be able to repair it for you but not under the Care Refresh...

Thanks guys. I know i have to pay for a new controller. Or if dji can fix it I will pay as much it cost. Care refresh is only for aircraft. Leg and controller twice unlucky :/
