Hate to be lame but am totally new to drones and just got my Phantom 4 Pro.  I tried to use active track at differnt heights and distances but my drone never recognized my object in active track. Is there something I'm missing? is there a setting I'm not using?

A person.  I had him wave his hands to be distinct but even in good sunlight it said the objective could not be  recogniced

has the dji go app launched the little tutorial when you tried doing this?

Jason, may I know what mobile device you are using?
Would you please upload  a short video showing that the object cannot be recognized?

I am using an IPhone 6 S Plus.  I will see if I can get a segment of video to help illustrate. I didn't record the whole time, but should have a little snip it
