Has anyone experienced this issue with the Phantom 4 Pro+, I have the drone up to date through DJI Assistant app but it will not connect or pair with the remote. I've tried linking the remote, doing the c1, c2 and a few other steps listed on the DJI website along with linking through the app and holding down the button for 2 seconds. I've tried refreshing the up to date software many times, reset the remote but still am having no luck connecting. The remote says firmwares up to date.
Conclusion:
Issue Resolved, after talking with support I learned the remote software was not up to date although it did say firmware up to date when I checked it earler. I believe this was because of poor wifi connection but not sure.
